Baśniowa Litografia. Stanisław Mazur. XX wiek.

I bought the artwork offered in the store in the south of France at a large, professional antique market. Whenever I come across a work signed with a Polish-sounding name abroad, I always try to buy it and bring it back to Poland. Of course, provided that it is of sufficient artistic quality.

I was unable to find any information about Stanisław Mazur's artistic achievements. I suspect that he is a person living outside Poland. I have no doubt that he is a professional artist.

Thematically, this lithograph is closest to the realm of fantasy. A realm populated by witches, sorcerers, heroes, and princesses with superpowers. Where fairy tales in all their variations reign supreme. I particularly recommend this work by Stanisław Mazur to lovers of this realm. The dimensions, including the frame, are 83 by 64 cm.
